GCLA Expo And Trade Show Coming Sept. 23

Posted on September 3, 2014

COSTA MESA, Calif. -- The Greater California Livery Association (GCLA) puts on its Expo and Trade Show every year to help highlight industry vendors and vehicle dealers who support the association, and bring together operators from around the state and nation to network.

The annual Expo is the largest trade-show style event outside of mainstream industry shows and conventions, appealing to operators in the Eastern U.S. as well. The Expo took an upturn in 2011 when then-GCLA President Mark Stewart boosted its profile with a red-carpet theme, more prominent speakers, and a wider variety of vehicle and vendor exhibits. The 2012 and 2013 Expos saw rising attendance year-over-year, and as a result, the Expo now serves as the GCLA's largest association event.

On Sept. 23, attendees can check out the latest line-up of limo and livery vehicles hitting the market, as dealers and OEMs will offer operators hands-on access and good deals.

There keynote speaker will be Cheryl Berkman, CEO of Music Express, who was recently noted for her TNC policy for affiliates.

Dawson Rutter, president of Commonwealth Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation in Boston, will talk about the latest industry trends and concerns.

The event will be Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Promenade Gardens, 1570 Scenic Ave., Costa Mesa, CA, 92626.
