I have been in the back of an old party bus and have seen windows that are latched or locked pop open with the weight of a passenger sitting on top of the sear with their back on the window. The original story said 2 passengers where sitting next to each other on top of the seat....i could see the right preassure making the window pop open. As far as the father of the girl...the children where not seating on the seat as they where supposed to be seating....but on top of the seat that caused the accident. Since chp finalized the inspection amd ruled the window operating properly, the parent should be happy his child is ok and drop any lawsuit.
