MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- The LCT Fast 40 Group of under-age 40 operators reaches another level as it sets to engage attendee operators at the LCT Leadership Summit in Miami Beach May 18-20.

The panel scheduled for May 20 at the Eden Roc Hotel, site of the executive-level retreat conference, is shaping up to be a dynamic collection of individuals, with a few new faces.

The LCT Leadership Summit is a great way for operators to come together from around the world to network and swap ideas and information about the latest trends affecting the future of the industry.

Speaking this year will be David Glazier of Fleet Transportation in Alexandria, Va., also a 2014 Operator of the Year Award Winner. Glazier has been a public advocate for the industry and small businesses with his prime-time news media interviews about important matters such as Obamacare.

Jonathan “Jay” Erlich of Europe Limousine Service in Paramus, N.J., is experienced with the hustle of the fast-paced New York City metro market. Erlich will help offer advice on how he feels younger operators can better network and improve their affiliate relationships. He has accomplished a lot for the company, and credits much of his success to his commitment to going to industry tradeshows and networking with affiliates.

Eli Darland of Rare Form Limousine in Bellevue, Wash., was on the Fast 40 Panel at last year's Summit. He returns this year with a year’s worth of experience and has some valuable advice on business software development and legal issues for limo operators, as well as how they can become more involved with industry associations to create more opportunities for success.

Elisabeth Allan is the social media manager for American Coach Limousine in Chicago. She has been instrumental in developing the company’s online presence through social media and some innovative video marketing techniques. She also has started a live industry Twitter chat every Wednesday night at 7 p.m. PDT, where users can join the discussion by using the #limochat hashtag. At the Summit, she’ll be sharing her knowledge on social media as well as marketing to the Millennial generation.

The LCT Fast 40 session will be held at 11:15 a.m..Tuesday, May 20, right before the farewell lunch at the Eden Roc Hotel.
