New York Legislators Propose Party Bus Chaperone Law

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. -- Two state lawmakers who said they were responding to an unsupervised party bus trip with dozens of intoxicated high schoolers aboard, introduced legislation Thursday requiring chaperones on buses with underage passengers.
