New hire brings limousine industry experience and first-hand software knowledge to Livery Coach Solutions team.

MALVERN, PA -- Livery Coach Solutions has been steadily increasing sales of its Livery Coach Transportation Software to limousine operators nationwide. As part of its efforts to increase support, the company recently added Jim Hemauer to its customer support team.

Along with five years experience in the limousine industry, Jim brings with him a hands-on knowledge of the daily needs of limousine operators, and Livery Coach software in particular. As a former customer of Livery Coach, Jim is familiar with all aspects of the product, from reservations to dispatch, group manifests, affiliate setup, zone pricing, and the nationwide Livery to Livery Provider Network. Jim has seen it, done it, and can help clients in getting the most from their Livery Coach solution.
