Check Out The Electric Limousine Boat?!

If you’ve ever wondered what a limousine boat might look like, then check out this latest creation from Sauter Carbon Offset Design (SCOD) called the SWATH Electra Limousine. It premiered at the Electric & Hybrid Marine World Expo in Amsterdam last week, and was noted for its interior luxury and high-tech performance.

The Limousine Boat is designed to be a shore shuttle for luxury mega-yachts, and the SWATH design of the hull makes it easy to beach in remote areas. The interior features climate control, surround sound entertainment system with two flat screen TV’s, which can also display exterior security cameras and navigation data. The side windows open to create a shaded luxury ambience, and the cabin has a high roof to allow full standing and can accommodate 12 passengers.

The technology going into luxury boats like these is pretty interesting. The SCOD company that designed this limo boat has some far-out ideas for revolutionary new methods of sea propulsion that are greener and more efficient.

And there’s one coachbuilder out there (don’t know who though) who’s dabbled with sea luxury. Check out this video posted by Syracuse Limo Bus of an incredible limo to sea launch. Make sure to watch the whole video. Mind blown at 1:30. Maybe we can use it for deep-sea fishing at next year's LCT Leadership Summit?
