Beware Of Blind Spots

JIM LUFF'S DRIVING TIP: Last week I spoke about blind spots when changing lanes. Another blind spot exists when looking right as you pull out of a driveway or intersection. While it is a small area, the right pillar that supports the windshield can easily obscure a pedestrian, motorcycle or bicycle rider. They would be in this area for only a second, but that is all it takes to pull out into their path if they cross in front of you. LOOK TWICE to your right and proceed with caution.
