There’s a funny new commercial put out by the Seattle Seahawks that shows three large demolition machines going to task on a couple of buses painted in New England Patriot colors and logo. A shuttle bus and large motorcoach bus are ripped in half and slammed by a wrecking ball, with leftover pieces heaped mercilessly into a pile of twisted metal.

The footage comes from a scrap yard in Ferndale, Washington, where the Super Bowl promo video shows the “Shearhawk” ripping Patriot-painted buses apart. Here’s a hoping for a good game, and for the safe carriage of the clients limo operators are managing for the event in Glendale, Ariz.

The Super Bowl is a big money-maker for the limo industry historically, but it comes with a unique set of challenges, with operators navigating parking regulations along with congested highways. Here’s some links to previous articles on LCT about working the Super Bowl.
