Well, there are a few key things that are vital to maximizing a company's Twitter presence.
 
Those things are a polished Twitter bio, a comprehensive understanding of hashtags, and the use of Twitter lists.
 
Twitter lists are often neglected because people either don't know about them or don't know how to use them.
 
Basically, while hashtags categorize tweets, lists can categorize tweets based on hashtags or specific profiles. A limo company can create a list of certain DMC or travel management profiles, a list of hashtags relevant to their brand, or a list of hashtags relevant to the industry and related industries, such as travel.
 
By creating lists, operators can easily access the right stream of information without having to manually wade through the millions of tweets flooding the site every day.
