During an interview on the Oscar’s red carpet last month, actor George Clooney said that before he hit the big time in Hollywood, he’d worked a number of jobs to pay the bills and one of them was as a chauffeur assigned to drive legendary singer Tony Bennett.
Both Clooney and Bennett attended the 84th Academy Awards Ceremony and the nominated actor revealed his previous occupation during an interview with Access Hollywood. After racking his brain and recalling Clooney’s stint as his chauffeur, Bennett said he was a very good driver.
Clooney told 85-year-old Bennett: “I’ll still drive you anywhere you want to go.”
