OUCH: Clearly,  a luxury chauffered transportation operator should have landed THIS CONTRACT, instead of a rental car agency. While Avis' arrangement is legal and competitive, the global demand for chauffeured transportation should be met by chauffeured vehicle operators. -- M.R.
