SERVICE SCREW-UP: A limousine operator sought by the Maryland Public Service Commission failed to show up for a prom run last month, but the stranded, disappointed Baltimore-area teen-agers eventually received a complimentary limousine outing, courtesy of, a national online limo reservation and referral service.
