The Blind Spot Information System is a convenience feature to give drivers a heads-up when other vehicles are present. When a car approaches into the car’s blind spot on either side, the system illuminates a warning light on the corresponding sideview mirror. The Cross Traffic Alert System watches out for when the vehicle is backing out of a spot, and will warn the driver when a car approaches beyond where the driver can see.

With November being LCT’s annual technology issue, Royale Limousine Manufacturing in Haverhill, Mass. sets a savvy example on how to use videos to promote advanced technology. The videos give a nice walk-over on the various tech features the Lincoln MKT has when synced up with MyFord Touch’s SYNC software. This includes voice-activated navigation, Blind Spot Information, Sirius XM Tavel link, Lane Keeping Alert, and more.

The Sirius XM Travel Link inputs information into the navigation system to give you nearby gas stations with low prices, traffic alerts, as well as movie info, weather conditions, sports news and more. The voiceactivated navigation system allows you to change maps, route new destinations, and change system preferences, all without having to take your hands off the wheel or your eyes off the road.

The Lane Keeping Alert and Aid has a vibrating wheel that alerts you when the car inadvertently drifts out of the lane. There is also a self-steering mechanism that will automatically correct the vehicle and center it back into its lane.

These safety tools can make a big difference in your bottom line by cutting down on minor accidents, while also helping chauffeurs stay on top of schedule and navigation. You can check out all the videos on Royale Limousine Manufacturer’s Youtube Channel: www.youtube.com/user/RoyaleLimousineMfg.
