Keys for Success: “Providing our clients with a fleet of all 1998 vehicles at fair and reasonable prices. Our employees always go out of their way to respond to questions and concerns in a knowledgeable manner.”

Company’s Role in Improving the Limousine Industry: “In the past, our customers have always complained about the integrity of other limousine companies, such as being promised a particular vehicle only to have a different car delivered. To assure that our clients get the vehicle they reserved, we do two things: (1) Fax a confirmation outlining the type of vehicle, rate, and time of pick-up and (2) Provide clients with written contracts which state the year, make, and model of the vehicle they will receive. Our company believes that by providing faxed confirmations and written contracts, clients will know they are conducting business with a legitimate operator. Additionally, we inform clients that we are properly insured, licensed by the Public Utilities Commission, and inspected by the California Highway Patrol. We hope that by providing this information to prospective clients, they will be able to make an informed decision regarding their transportation needs.”

Chauffeur Management: “Our number one priority is that our chauffeurs are drug free prior to getting behind the wheel. Before our drivers are hired, a criminal background check is conducted, they are drug tested, and they must provide evidence of a clean driving record. Chauffeurs undergo an extensive training period and are tested on their ability to read a map and knowledge of locations within the city. Further, drivers will be trained by other chauffeurs in the field. These chauffeurs report the progress of the training back to management. This assures uniformity and consistency within our chauffeuring staff. Our clients will have the peace of mind that their chauffeur is drug free, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.”

Avanti’s Objectives: “Our main objective is and always will be to provide clients with the highest quality service and to create an atmosphere which will create a memorable event in their lives. We also want to continue to grow not only as a Town Car and limousine service, but also in the exotic vehicle arena. We have acquired a 1998 Hummer to address this objective. In the next few months we will purchase several more exotic rentals, such as a Viper, Corvette, Jaguar, and Mercedes-Benz. We are currently opening an Avanti branch in San Francisco and intend to expand to other areas in the near future.”
