We strive to stay abreast of the latest in both communication and computer technology so we can provide our customers with the most reliable and efficient service.”

Employee Management: “We believe it is vitally important to offer the opportunity for growth to our employees. Our managers have attended several ‘Dale Carnegie’ management courses to improve their skills and motivate them to be the best they can be. Employees are encouraged to attend seminars offered through the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce.”

Klassy Koach’s Objective: “Since the opening of our first satellite office in the Marriott Delray Beach Hotel, we have incorporated an ‘Event Coordinator’ division into our company. We want to provide our corporate customers with a one-stop-shop that will cater to all of their travel needs. We have also instituted spouse programs, golf outings, dine-arounds, and offsite theme events into the services we offer.”
