With the theme of "Set Sail for Success," the 1989 Limousine & Chauffeur Show at the Baltimore Convention Center lived up to its billing as the "World's Largest Limousine Show." On display were 128 livery vehicles, along with numerous exhibits of products and services for limousine operators and chauffeurs.

The expansive Convention Center provided an ideal central location for the assembly of operators, exhibitors, and interested spectators. The annual show also included a three-day schedule of informative speakers who provided insight for operators on various topics affecting the day-to-day operation of the limousine business.

Pre-register attendees came from 36 states, six Canadian provinces, and as far away as Australia. Total attendance climbed to more than 3,000 people, including more than 2,000 livery operators.
