A new steel betted radial tire, designed for many of the late model limousines, has recently been developed by Vogue Tyre & Rubber Company The new Vogue Miracle Steel Custom Built Tyre (P235/75R15) retains Vogue’s traditional sculptured whitewall and gold stripe.

This new Vogue product incorporates the new shape of radial tires with improved performance and gasoline mileage when compared to bias ply tires, according to the company, it also has an “all-season” tread design that company officials believe offers outstanding traction in all kinds of weather.

For more than 60 years, Vogue Tyre & Rubber Company, based in Skokie, Illinois, has specialized in making unique tires. The sculptured whitewall has set the Vogue tire apart from other tires and, for the last 20 years, Vogue has also incorporated a gold stripe above the sculptured whitewall to further enhance the appearance of the tire.

It is the only tire for which the federal government has approved the use of the words “custom built” on the tire, according to the company.
