Empire Coach Moves to Expand Market With Western Rep

In a move to further expand its marketing base, Empire Coach, based In Brooklyn, New York, has recently hired Ray Havelick as its West Coast sales rep.

Havelick is based in the San Francisco area. He is a retired vice president of marketing for Julius Wile, Sons & Company, a wine and liquor concern However, he has had extensive experience with limousines over the past 30 years, according to the company.

Bill Tortora, vice president of Empire Coach, said Havelick will be valuable to the company in broadening its market beyond the East Coast. He said Empire Coach has already sold a number of limousines in the West and wishes to continue to expand in that area.

Empire Coach was established in 1948 by Antonio Tortora, who operated the company according to his saying that “a well-produced coach is like a well-produced wine rich, smooth and elegant.”
