One-time orders for exotic limousines are an integral part of Ultra Limos, Inc., said Kraig Kavanaugh, president of the La Palma, California company.

Limousines built by Ultra Limos have appeared in the Guinness Book of World Records, Kavanaugh noted In particular, a 29 foot 6 inch Cadillac featuring a computer terminal was later stretched to 40 feet for another client, he said.

The original Ultra Limo, a 1967 Cadillac stretched 32 feet, included a cocktail lounge and a hot tub, he said. The limousine was built for a Southern California celebrity, he added.

"Ultra Limos next car will be a 10-wheeler," he said. Six rear wheels and four front wheels and all four front wheels will be connected to the steering. The automobile will be equipped with three rooms, a computer bar and a waterbed, he said.

Ultra Limos has received much attention from the press, said Vince Bergman, a partner in the firm both television and the print media have descended upon the plant to see the longest automobiles in production.

Ultra Limos products come with a five year warranty, Bergman said. The company's automobiles all have m-house independent suspension, he said. Unusual orders aren't new to the company. "I'll do anything they want Any idea you want, you can come to me," Bergman said. Plumbing isn't any problem, as the company has included a sink and a toilet in a limousine.
