Starr Named President, COO of A-1

Jeffery Starr was named president and chief operating officer of A-1 Limousine, based in Princeton, N.J. He previously was senior vice president.

The company said is has experienced average annual growth of 10% to 15% since Starr joined A-1 Limousine, a family-owned business, in 1985. A-1 Limousine was ranked No. 5 in LCT’s 2003 50 Largest Fleets.

“We’re seeing a surge in the amount of people who are traveling lately,” Starr said in announcing his new posts. “My goal is to maintain this trend by anticipating the needs of our customers and continuing to provide the quality transportation services we have for almost 40 years.”
