In Memoriam: Larry Strauser

Posted on October 1, 2003

The founder of Limo King Enterprises of Palos Hills, Ill., and the father of Limo Bob, died at the age of 68.

The man Limo Bob refers to as “the Godfather of the King of Limos” bought his first limousine from billionaire store mogul Marshall Fields thinking it would make for a nice family wagon.

Neighbors and friends soon started asking to rent the trademark green-colored limousine, and Limo King Enterprises was born.
