The Top 10 Limousine Operators

Posted on July 1, 2001

As we all know, the stretch limousine is the backbone of our industry. It is often the first vehicle in an operator?s fleet ? one of the most identifiable chauffeured-transportation vehicles. This is why we have decided to list the Top 10 operators with the largest number of stretch limousines in their fleets.

Purpose The purpose of this listing is a further attempt by LCT to provide the limousine and chauffeured industry with the who?s who in the industry.

Methodology Surveys were mailed out to LCT subscribers in early April. Operators were required to authorize the LCT staff to verify the fleet sizes through the various insurers. In addition, randomly selected fleets were verified through state and/or local agencies. The resulting ranking is thus based on submitted and verified entries. The ranking is in order of the number of stretch limousines in each fleet, and does not reflect the amount of revenue generated by a particular operator. Please see the July issue for the complete listing.
