Few vehicles on the face of the planet are enshrouded in such secrecy as the Presidential limousine.
Outwardly, most have some passing resemblance to production models, and most of them over the past half-century have been loosely based on either a Lincoln Town Car or Cadillac Fleetwood. The most recent one, known internally as “the Beast,” is believed to be based on a GM Top Kick/Kodiak medium-duty truck platform, and be diesel-powered, either by a 6.5L or Duramax 6.6L V-8.
