MARLTON, N.J. — Operators who buy a Lincoln livery vehicle from Feb. 15 through March 31 will be supporting two leading limousine industry causes.
For every new 2014 MY Lincoln MKT Town Car, MKS livery sedan and Navigator L SUV bought in that period, Lincoln Limousine & Livery Vehicles will donate to the National Limousine Association, the Harold Berkman Memorial Fund, and/or toward new membership dues for non-NLA buyers.
The affinity sponsorship program was announced late Tuesday by NLA President Gary Buffo and board directors Robert Alexander and Michael Campbell, who co-chair the NLA Charity Fundraising Committee. The group developed the program with Craig Hall, specialty vehicle account manager with Lincoln Limousine & Livery Vehicles.
Here’s how the program works:
- For every Lincoln livery vehicle bought by an NLA member, Lincoln will contribute $250 to the NLA and $250 to the Harold Berkman Memorial Fund.
- When a non-NLA member buys a new Lincoln livery vehicle, Lincoln will contribute $500 toward the purchaser’s NLA membership dues. For any succeeding vehicle(s) bought by a non-NLA member, Lincoln will donate the $250/$250 contributions mentioned above.
The program debuts on Feb. 15, one day before the official start of the International LCT Show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, which runs Feb. 16-18. The event, co-produced with the NLA, is expected to draw more than 3,000 operators who will shop for all types of chauffeured vehicles on a sold-out exhibit floor.

The affinity program includes all Lincoln limousine/livery vehicles bought at any authorized participating Lincoln dealership nationwide through March 31 and vehicles ordered and bought during the Show.
This unique and unprecedented program between the NLA and Lincoln evolved after the two organizations successfully raised money from an auction of a Lincoln MKT Town Car on Oct. 27, 2013 during LCT Show East in Atlantic City, N.J.

"We have maintained a close business relationship exploring ways to mutually benefit our respective organizations," NLA executive director Philip Jagiela said. “This is something we attempt to do with all of our NLA vendor member partners to provide valued-added benefits as part of their membership. This specially designed program between the NLA and Ford/Lincoln livery team has created a special incentive for current NLA members and non-NLA members alike.”
