As an enrolled customer in BMW NA’s Limousine & Hotel Shuttle program, limo operators are qualified to receive the following livery operator specific incentives for the BMW 5 Series GT and BMW 7 Series* if the vehicles are funded through independent leasing companies, or other financial institutions, or cash purchased:

• The vehicle will be made available at no more than wholesale (dealer invoice / cost*) for Out of Stock or Factory Ordered vehicles.
• The incentives apply to MY2012 and MY2013 BMW vehicles as indicated below, and are valid through December 31, 2012.

The BMW Group will also make available the following BMW Limousine & Hotel Shuttle Program incentive, below wholesale nvoice:

To be eligible for a livery operator specific incentive, all vehicles must be invoiced, delivered and registered to the company associated with the LFAN account number provided before December 31, 2012*.

Terms and Conditions

1. The pricing provisions hereof shall not be deemed to apply in jurisdictions where such terms or requirements are not permitted.
2. This price is specific to livery operators who have been approved with BMW of North America, LLC and have a unique LFAN. The Wholesale price (Dealer Invoice / Cost) is applied to the base vehicle and selected optional equipment including destination, handling fees , and other BMW Center charges.
3. BMW NA Sale Support programs (i.e. Eco Credit, Option Credit) and certain cash discount programs (i.e. model build out allowances), cannot be combined with BMW Limousine and Hotel Shuttle Program discounts.
4. Please note that no other incentive can be combined with this offer.
5. This incentive is not available in conjunction with any BMW Financial Services offer unless otherwise stated.
6. This offer is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
7. All vehicles must be invoiced to the company associated with the LFAN and must be delivered before December 31st 2012.
8. BMW NA Company Vehicles, Sales Demos, retired AMP vehicles, European Delivery, U.S. Military Stateside Delivery Program, Domestic Military Program (USAA), BMW Group Corporate Fleet (EPP), BMW Group Associate & Family, Center Employee Lease (CEL) Diplomatic, USOC, PGA, BMWCCA, BMW Group Vendor Program or Pre-Owned vehicles do not qualify.
9. Incentives apply only to the models shown in the table above.
10. All pricing is based on Model Year 2012 vehicles and is correct at the time of publication. Please note prices are subject to change. Prices for model year 2013 vehicles may vary.
