CARDIFF, Wales — Limo Broker, a U.K. limousine brokerage service, unveiled at the Transport Broker Awards earlier this month plans to create the world’s first Audi R8 stretch limousine. The announcement came in front of an invited audience of 250.

Chris Wright from British coachbuilder Carbonyte UK, known most for its Ferrari limousine, gave a speech outlining the plans for the Audi R8 limo project. Carbonyte UK will work in conjunction with Limo Broker to create the vehicle, which will become the signature car for the Limo Broker brand. An exclusive video of a 3D outline of the concept behind the limo was also shown at the Awards and is available below:

Work has already begun on the creation of a white R8 limo, with the finished product expected to be revealed by the end of summer 2012.
