EL CAJON, Calif. — BMW of El Cajon, headed by corporate fleet manager Friedel Green, has been actively pursuing the limo market throughout California in 2014-2015, with large sales to operators such as La Costa Limousine last year. Now the dealership has turned two more limo operators into fans of the BMW 7 series.
Cache Creek Casino and Resort in Brooks, Calif., recently acquired two 740Lis in silver paint and black interior, with included power rear shades for its special VIP chauffeured transportation division. Andy Orzalli, hotel manager at Cache Creek, says that the vehicles have been an instant hit among the guests at the hotel. “Not only are our guests raving about the additions of these BMW 740Lis, but our chauffeurs are finding the interior comfortable, and the dash and console layout well-appointed and logical,” he said.
Orzalli added that guests have been commenting frequently, with sentiments ranging from comfortable and spacious, to luxurious and exciting to ride in. “Many guests are starting to request this vehicle for the simple fact that, in their words, ‘we feel pampered,’ when riding in the BMW,” Orzalli said.

Another operator who dove into the BMW 740Li is Greg Reed of Emerald City Limousine in San Diego. Emerald City has received two BMW 740Lis and plans to add more. Reed said of the new vehicles, “Not only is BMW the ultimate driving machine, but it provides the superior comfort to the rear seat passenger that our clients deserve.”
