Certain things are expected. For example, if you ask me to pay $89,000 for an automobile, I expect it to have everything — the latest safety equipment, best onboard communications and entertainment systems, all-wheel drive, and an engine, transmission and suspension that turn driving into a delightful dance on a road.
The 2015 Jaguar XJL Portfolio sedan lives up to my expectations, almost. But there is the matter of technology.
