Towne Auto Zooms Ahead With Maserati Franchise

Posted on August 25, 2014

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Towne Automotive Group in August was awarded the Maserati franchise for the Buffalo market.

Maserati is amongst the fastest growing brands in the U.S. and sells in nearly 70 markets around the world. Maserati has some big plans for the U.S. market during the next five years, including increased production of its $75,000 entry level car and an all new AWD sport utility hitting the market in 2015.

Towne Auto, also a major livery vehicle dealer for the chauffeured transportation industry, will be operating Maserati from its BMW used car showroom until the construction of a three-vehicle showroom is complete.

“The Maserati brand  brings another premium high performance offering to our existing owner base, and also opens the doors to  new customers who have not done business with us before," said Frank Downing, President of the Towne Automotive Group.

With the addition to Maserati the Towne Auto Group now represents 11 new car franchises in the Western New York Area, including Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Hyundai, BMW, Mini and Mazda. David C. Bastian Jr., commercial sales manager of Towne Automotive Group, said,

“I have always admired the Maserati brand and I look forward to offering this tremendous product to our customers who work in the ground transportation industry.”
