“Krystal’s ‘California Look’ is extremely popular among limousine operators in New England,” says Howard. “It is distinctive from the outside,” he explains, “especially the coach lights and the recessed lights under the rear doors to light the curb. And Krystal has a lot of interior features that others don’t, like a ‘No Smoking’ light, a recessed control panel, and a built-in champagne bucket.”

Howard also feels that Krystal has an exceptional parts and service program. “We really take care of our customers,” he says, “and that is one of the keys to our success. I think that the coachbuilders who don’t provide good service are going to have problems in the coming year.”
