Stay Current At Show With New Twitter Hashtag

Posted on February 5, 2014

TORRANCE, Calif. — As the International LCT Show approaches, LCT Magazine is organizing its social media coverage under the new Twitter hashtag, #lctshow.

The hashtag will be the most direct way to monitor live tweets during the three-day event being held Feb. 16-18 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

This was the handle from last year’s Int’l LCT Show, and is the automatic handle that appears when you use the Int’l LCT Show App tweet function. There have been topics trending under the hashtag, #ILCT, but LCT is going to go with #lctshow as the official show hashtag.

Using the #lctshow hashtag is a great way to check out what other people are saying about the Show. Simply type in #lctshow in the hashtag search options for Facebook, Twitter, and any other social media that use hashtags, and the posts will collect all in one spot so you can see anything and everything that attendees are talking (tweeting) about.

During the Show, you can use the hashtag to send out tweets about what events and seminars different attendees are going to, and if you are a vendor, you can post information about your booth location and company products.

If you haven’t downloaded the show app, you can do so here at the iTunes Store for iOS devices, and at Google Play for Android and others.
