National DMC Adopts Pow Wow Smart

ORLANDO, Fla. — Pow Wow Smart, a group management software, has been adopted by Hello! Destination Management, which rolled out the web-based software to all of its offices nationwide to automate the ground transportation process for meetings.

“Hello! Destination Management is always looking for ways to improve the value we bring to our customers. Pow Wow Smart makes managing ground transportation for groups much easier,” said Paul Mears III, president of Hello! Destination Management.
“It allows us to run multiple grouping scenarios in minutes to allow faster response time to our clients as well as providing them options. It also saves us countless hours on organizing manifests, validating flights and grouping attendees while minimizing keypunch errors. Reducing errors helps us maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.”

“Hello! Destination Management can now deliver more options and savings to their customers while driving revenues,” said Evan Michaels, CEO of Pow Wow Smart.

Hello! Destination Management has offices in Orlando, Hollywood, Fla., Washington, D.C., Scottsdale, Ariz. and Las Vegas.
