RateButler.com Integrates With Livery Coach

Posted on January 16, 2013

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. — RateButler.com, which helps limousine service operators manage their affiliate relationships through the Online Affiliate Network Management Tool, has recently integrated with Livery Coach Software.

RateButler.com has 645 users, and those who also use Livery Coach will now be able to access up-to-the-minute farm-out affiliate rates.

“Rate Butler solves a problem that has been facing this industry for years, and that’s how to be able to share, track, and keep updated data, information and rates on each one of your affiliates,” said David Hirsch, Livery Coach President. “Rate Butler does this easily. The beauty is that [operators] know every rate is accurate because it’s the affiliates themselves keeping them up-to-date.”

The Rate Butler software lets operators create custom company profiles and share their information with only the companies they wish to share it with. Michael Lindsey, owner and founder of RateButler.com and Lindsey Limousines in South Windsor, Conn., said the affiliate management tool “saves time, is efficient, and most importantly will help build a company’s local business through farm-in relationships and its out-of-town business through farm-out relationships.”

Companies on RateButler.com have the option to show their information and rates only to companies they select, and they can customize rate structures and discounts on a per company basis. RateButler.com also tracks information such as expiring insurance certificates.

The program launched in 2009 with just a few friends in the industry sharing rates and information. It has exploded through word-of-mouth for operators looking to bring in more business through affiliates.

“The program is free, so why wouldn’t you use it?” Lindsey said. “With over 600 companies using the site and logging in daily, every major market and the vast majority of secondary markets are represented. If you’re not using Rate Butler, chances are your competition is.”
