Technology Integrates With Livery Coach

The Rate Butler software lets operators create custom company profiles and share their information with only the companies they wish to share it with. Michael Lindsey, owner and founder of and Lindsey Limousines in South Windsor, Conn., said the affiliate management tool “saves time, is efficient, and most importantly will help build a company’s local business through farm-in relationships and its out-of-town business through farm-out relationships.”

Companies on have the option to show their information and rates only to companies they select, and they can customize rate structures and discounts on a per company basis. also tracks information such as expiring insurance certificates.

The program launched in 2009 with just a few friends in the industry sharing rates and information. It has exploded through word-of-mouth for operators looking to bring in more business through affiliates.

“The program is free, so why wouldn’t you use it?” Lindsey said. “With over 600 companies using the site and logging in daily, every major market and the vast majority of secondary markets are represented. If you’re not using Rate Butler, chances are your competition is.”
