Electronics Manufacturer Introduces LCD Flip Screen To Bus Industry

Posted on February 6, 2012

ELKHART, Ind. — ASA Electronics has launched its new JE156IRG 15-inch Flip Down TFT LCD Screen for the bus industry. The 12-volt DC power monitor features a large viewing screen that gives riders the ability to see it from different locations around the bus. The monitor's thin and low profile design allows it to be stored away when not in use, and it features two video inputs to support dual video sources. The screen is equipped with the same grey housing as the JENSEN 10.2-inch and 7-inch wedge options, providing consistency with any JENSEN bus package.

The 15-inch screen also has a built-in infrared (IR) transmitter which provides audio operation with IR-compatible headphones.

ASA Electronics has been an international manufacturer and supplier of mobile electronics to the limousine, bus, van, RV, marine and commercial vehicle industries since 1977.
