Technology Seminars At Show Booking Up

The sessions at next week’s International LCT Show will offer users and interested operators personal attention from the site’s founder, Michael Lindsey.

HARTFORD, Conn. — RATEBUTLER.COM, the online affiliate network management tool, now has more than 360 users, and along with those numbers come many questions.

To answer questions on how the service can best save operators time and money, developer Michael Lindsey will be teach two information seminars during the 2011 INTERNATIONAL LCT SHOW in Las Vegas next week.

During these seminars interested companies and current users can benefit from the personal attention of Lindsey, the creator and owner and operator of LINDSEY LIMOUSINE in Harford, Conn. Attendees can learn everything they need to know about the program, how to use it, and how it can improve their operations.

The seminars will be held:

•Monday, Feb. 14, at 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 pm in Versailles 3 •Tuesday, Feb. 15, at 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in Versailles 1

At these seminars, operators can learn:

• How to fill out an affiliate profile to share

• How to quickly enter and build your own rate tables to share with affiliates

• How to track Insurance certificates of your affiliates (know BEFORE they expire)

• How your agents can use RB Lite to save time and book more reservations

• How to quickly find new affiliates in any market

• How to setup a “virtual file” for each affiliate and track document expiration dates

• How to customize your rates for each of your different affiliates (if necessary)

• How to track all your “farm-out” reservations throughout the reservation process

• How to assign affiliates either a “primary” or “secondary” status

• How to instantly update your profile for all your affiliates with a few simple “clicks”

• How to easily change your rates (up or down) with a few clicks

• How to find new affiliates by name, address, zip code or airports they service

• How to track the status of your client in another market without placing a phone call

• How to confirm the charges of your affiliate before billing your client

• How to eliminate charge-backs with affiliates. . . every time

• How eliminates wasteful calls and time between your staff and your affiliates
