LAS VEGAS — LCT Magazine has lined up the CEO of Limos.com to detail Internet trends at the International LCT Show on Jan. 26 following a State of the Industry presentation by Dav El CEO Scott Solombrino.
T.J. Clark, president and CEO of San Francisco-based Limos.com, will explain to operators how the Internet has become a crucial, must-have revenue stream and marketing tool for companies that want to position themselves for long-term success. His presentation will follow one by Solombrino, scheduled for 2:40 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26 at the Venetian Resort Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas.
Doug Anderson, senior vice president for product development at Limos.com, will give a detailed road show presentation as a follow-up on Tuesday, Jan. 27 at 4 p.m.
“The trick is, how do you stand out on the Internet? How do you show you are different and unique?” Anderson said. “If you can’t do that, you’re dead. Mediocrity in this world is death.You have to show through rich media the value of your service.”
The Internet has seen an explosion in affluent users who are spending more time on the Internet than ever before, and also purchasing on the Internet more than ever before, Anderson said. “This is a hockey stick kind of change.”
For chauffeured transportation operators, reaching this demographic with their taste for premium luxury services is crucial, said Anderson, who will elaborate on these trends during his presentation.
