SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Limousine operators from around Arizona, one of the largest chauffeured transportation markets in the U.S., gathered on a golf course May 10 to catch the first visit from the 2013 Cadillac XTS livery sedan and several other chauffeured vehicles.

The open house was held on the Continental Golf Course in Scottsdale. Greg Maddock of Lockhart Cadillac of Indiana and Angela Jurson of Cadillac Professional Vehicles presented the XTS sedan, two days after debuting at a Greater California Livery Association meeting in Los Angeles on May 8.

Among other vehicle debuts amid the golf course greenery and blazing Arizona spring sunshine:

The event was open to all operators in Arizona. Members and non-members came out to view the new vehicles on display around the practice putting green. The Arizona Limousine Association also signed up six new members during the event.

Barry Beall, president of the Arizona Limousine Association, said the vehicle open house succeeded to the point where the group would like to make it an annual event.

The Arizona Limousine Association meeting and vehicle expo was successful to the point that it likely will become an annual event. A Chrysler 300 Limited sedan, Mercedes-Benz sedans, and Sprinter vans were among the vehicles sampled by Arizona limousine operators May 10.
