Media Consultant Group Partners With Law Firm

Posted on September 15, 2011

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Public relations firm, The Media Consultant Group, has formed an alliance with the law firm of Jeffrey S. Marcalus, Esquire to offer each other’s clients expanded services through one-stop shopping for public and government relations, political consulting and legal services by providing bundled communications and legal packages to the other’s respective client rosters.

The Media Consultant Group, based in Alexandria, Virginia (just outside of Washington, D.C.) and Marcalus Law, based in Annapolis, Maryland, will also provide each other with de-facto satellite offices in their respective headquarters for each to use when working with clients who want both firms’ services.

Marcalus will refer legal clients to MCG for public affairs strategy, and MCG will refer media consulting clients who require expert legal counsel to Marcalus’ practice. They will work together to assist in the implementation of strategic campaigns for political races, advocacy groups and local businesses, among others.
“This new partnership will enhance the services the Media Consultant Group and Marcalus Law offer to their growing client rosters,” MCG CEO Eron Shosteck said. “Attorney Marcalus and I have worked together for decades in politics, government relations, and public affairs, so this is a natural fit that will benefit the clients of each firm.”
“I am excited to be working with the Media Consultant Group,” Marcalus added. “This is a great opportunity for both firms to service existing clients better, and it sets the stage for unprecedented growth that will ultimately benefit those whom we both represent.”
Marcalus’ extensive experience includes working as a tax law consultant for Ernst & Young, and he’s well-known and respected throughout Annapolis. Shosteck has worked on Capitol Hill, in journalism, and at six associations. His clients span from Boston to Seattle, and range from local to national businesses.

The Media Consultant Group is a division of Editorial Solution Strategies, LLC.
