HARRISBURG, Penn. -- Uber and other TNCs suffered a setback in Harrisburg on Tuesday, when authorizing legislation was withdrawn from a committee vote in the state House.

The current TNC business model has its flaws and consumers needs to be enlightened to understand how their safety/well-being may be compromised when they choose their transportation providers for their families. The various TNCs may not subscribe to the current regulations that many of our industry members do."
