ALBANY, N.Y. — On June 25th, Premiere Transportation of Albany, N.Y. celebrated it’s 25th Anniversary with a party at its headquarters. Food, drink, and music was provided and well over a hundred guests attended the gathering, which was hosted by Premiere’s president David Brown, a longtime subscriber to LCT Magazine and regular at industry trade shows.

Among the most notable guests were Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan and Assemblyman John McDonald, the latter presented Premiere Transportation with a Legislative Resolution. At the ceremony Brown gave a speech that detailed his beginnings at the company as a 24 year-old car washer, who then took over the company a year later. He thanked his Vice President, and four of his longest-working drivers for twenty-five years of service.

Premiere also announced it would be rolling out its own mobile app, similar to Uber, that will allow clients to register an account, book online, see a photo of their driver, and track their vehicle’s location in real time. “We are on the verge of exciting new technology,” said Brown, “and within the next few weeks you will be able to make a reservation and track your car’s location real-time. We consider this to be state of the art.”
