TORRANCE, Calif. — This year’s LCT Leadership Summit will be returning to the Eden Roc Hotel on the tropical, vibrant Miami Beach shoreline for three days of limo networking and education, May 17-19.

The LCT Leadership Summit is an annual elite executive-level conference for industry operators and influential leaders to discuss industry issues at a deeper level and learn practical ways to improve their businesses.

On the second day of the conference, Daniel Newman, a digital marketing entrepreneur and author of The Millennial CEO,” will lead a special session called: Tapping Into the Millennial Mindset for Better Business Results.

The 90-minute presentation will explore how to build trust, rapport, and loyalty with your Millennial employees and customers. Often described as lazy, entitled and overly connected, there are many opinions on who the Millennialls are and what motivates them in the workplace. While much of this may prove to be myth, what is true is that by 2020 this demographic will represent more than 50% of the workforce. For business owners and entrepreneurs who are struggling to identify with this group, the key is figuring out how to identify, hire, train and build a loyal and committed Millennial workforce. Newman will share with you the best approach for tapping into the Millennial generation to create entrepreneurial employees who serve as an inspired front line to your customers and your community.

The LCT <Fast 40 session will cap off the Summit with a presentation on May 19 at 11:15 a.m. Led by LCT senior editor Tim Crowley,  a group of operators will detail how to convert Millennials into loyal limo customers. To ensure future business from the next generation, operators will need to bring in a younger buying demographic. How will companies market to the youth? Will on-demand capabilities become a staple for limo businesses? All of this and more will be answered as industry professionals share various tried and tested tools and strategies that will help shore up future revenue streams from the Millennial demographic.
