LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Former limousine company owner Charles Horky pleaded guilty Thursday in a multimillion-dollar racketeering conspiracy involving fraud, prostitution and drug trafficking.
Horky, 54, who ran CLS Nevada, which operated on the Strip for two decades, pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to conduct or participate in an enterprise engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity.
U.S. District Judge Robert C. Jones set his sentencing for April 16, 2015.
