JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — DYNASTY LIMOUSINE got all decked out this week for a reality TV shoot that started Wednesday at its headquarters and continues this Saturday during a Hummer stretch limo ride for a 5-year-old girl’s birthday party.

The Learning Channel (TLC), owned by Discovery, is shooting the footage for its “Extreme Kids Parties” reality show to debut on the TLC network at an as yet undetermined date.

A production crew filmed the parents and family of the 5-year-old Jacksonville girl on Wednesday while “picking out” the 200-inch stretch Hummer limousine with a disco-themed dance floor, lights, and interior, parked among Dynasty’s stretch fleet.

On Saturday at 2 p.m., the Disco Limo will take the girl and her parents and her little friends to an outdoor birthday party in the Julington Creek section of Jacksonville that will include two live bands, a ferris wheel, karaoke, and other games and attractions. The girl makes her “grand entrance” at 4 p.m.

Fleming’s wife, Shelley, will be the chauffeur, and Fleming will put on a tux to serve as the onboard host and concierge. The production crew will film inside the limousine for an hour or two before actually dropping off the girl and her entourage. Fleming said the girl resembles the Olsen Twins of Full House TV-show fame.

“We had all the limousines lined up and the place looking good with everyone dressed up,” Fleming said of the first production shoot.

The executive producer of the show, Jamin Griffiths of the COLLINS AVENUE production company in Los Angeles, selected Dynasty after researching different exotic stretch limousines available in the Jacksonville market, Fleming said.

“Apparently, they looked at many different companies, and they zeroed in on that vehicle. To my knowledge, there is not another one like that in the area. I spoke with them on the phone and told them I’d like to be involved.”

The Disco Limo normally retails for $159 per hour. Fleming said participating in a reality TV series is priceless promotion for a limousine company.

Fleming, now a three-time finalist for the LCT Operator Of The Year Awards, has enjoyed much success building up a company that specializes in exotic stretch limousines as well as black vehicle executive transportation. Dynasty, which became the only PUBLICLY-TRADED chauffeured transportation company in the U.S. earlier this year, thrived during the recession, buying other limousine companies and opening a second facility in the northeast Florida region.
