Massachusetts Operator Expands To New Location

ABOUT PHOTO: ETS President John Greene said his new location is more accessible to three major airports in the Boston region.

SUMMARY: The 11,000 square-foot building will enable operator and OOY John Greene to house about two-thirds of his fleet.

RANDOLPH, Mass. — ETS INTERNATIONAL, a chauffeured transportation company, has moved from its Quincy, Mass. facility into an 11,000-square foot building at 57 Teed Drive in nearby Randolph.

Along with more office space, the new facility also has a training area for chauffeurs, a larger dispatch area, and a new and improved phone system. There is also 8,000 square feet of garage space, which can house up to 20 of the more than 30 cars in the ETS.

ETS president John Greene said the new centralized location would better serve ETS’ clients by being easily accessible to Routes 128, 93 and 3, and airports in Boston, Manchester, N.H., and Providence, R.I. The new office also will offer a better working environment, compared to the smaller Quincy site, Greene said.

“I think one of the biggest advantages of our larger office is that we now have an improved work environment,” Greene said. “It creates a better mindset for our employees, which easily comes across to the clients in regards to offering better customer service.”

There is also room for expansion, which Greene said is important for the continued growth of the business. The company is planning an open house for business clients in the near future, he added.

“We feel this move is not only reflection of how far we’ve come in the past three years, but our vision of where we expect to go in the future,” he said.

ETS International operates a fleet of luxury sedans, SUVs, limousines and executive vans in the Boston and Providence area, and a global network that provides a wide menu of service in cities worldwide. ETS International is a 2010 LCT Operator Of The Year Award winner.
