Arthur Messina Elected To NLA Board

Posted on May 27, 2009 by LCT Staff

MARLTON, N.J. — Arthur Messina, the founder and owner of Create-A-Card Inc. and a leading expert on chauffeured transportation marketing, was recently elected to an open vendor director position on the board of the National Limousine Association.

Messina received 13 board votes, compared to four votes for candidate Randy O'Neill of Lancer Insurance Company and one vote for Doug Rauen of Limo.com.

Messina will serve for the remainder of the 2009 term which runs until January 2010. He replaces Connie Rae Montoya, marketing and program manager of Cadillac Professional Vehicles, whose position was eliminated last month in a GM company restructuring.

As a non-voting vendor director, Messina will offer the board his expertise on industry vendor-related matters and knowledge of the marketing business. The other two vendor director members on the NLA board are Steve Edelmman of Royale Limousine Manufacturers and Ray Gooley of Lancer Insurance.
