HARTFORD, Conn. -- Michael Lindsey, owner of Lindsey Limousine in Hartford, is helping his family search for his missing 16-year-old niece, the daughter of his older brother, Chuck Lindsey of Trumbull.
Carolyn Hope Lindsey went missing on Sept. 20. She was last seen by video surveillance getting off the Harlem 125th Street Platform in New York. She reportedly ran away to join her boyfriend, Samuel "Sam" James Foley, also 16, who had run away on Aug. 15 and also was last seen getting off the same platform.
Both teenagers have “special needs” and require daily medications, which they are lacking. On Monday, talk show host Rosie O’Donnell reached out on her nationally televised program “The View” in an effort to bring publicity to the situation, as her daughter Chelsea is a friend of Carolyn’s from school.

He would like people to “like” and “share” his updates, and asks that limousine operators and their chauffeurs in the region of New York City, Upper Boroughs, and Lower Westchester County area print, post, and share the attached flyer wherever possible.
“This is an especially trying time for our family and I have hope that our industry with its many eyes on the road each day may be able to help,” Lindsey said.
