Music Express owner and CEO Cheryl Berkman is sponsoring a women's panel at LCT-NLA Show East Oct. 19 that will draw upon the expertise of six seasoned female limo operators. Berkman also has been out front on advocating for regulatory fairness with TNCs, and will share some insights on this vital industry issue.
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — An all-star panel of six experienced female operators and industry leaders will share their knowledge, expertise, and advice with attendees at the upcoming LCT-NLA Show East, to be held Oct. 19-21 at Caesars Atlantic City.
The veteran panel will not only discuss issues geared toward women in the industry, but also provide insight on a wide variety of business topics that will help all attendees improve their operations. This special session, “Women Owners' Strategy Panel,” will be held Sunday, Oct. 19 from 10:45 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Caesars. Panelists include:
“My focus will be to share my business experience with women, but also address industry issues as Uber, which from my experience is the biggest threat to our industry I have seen in more than 40 years in business," said Cheryl Berkman, CEO and President of Music Express, and the sponsor of the panel event. Barbara Chirico of Gem Limousine Worldwide in Woodbridge, N.J., will appear with five other female operators on a women's panel at LCT-NLA Show East on Oct. 19 at Caesars Atlantic City.
Topics to be discussed include managing affiliations, fleet purchasing, confidence building, labor and recruiting chauffeurs, and compliance issues.

LCT-NLA Show East, to be held Oct. 19-21 at the Atlantic City Convention Center and Caesars Atlantic City, will offer more than 40 highly relevant educational sessions.
