Three big industry names attending the 2014 LCT Leadership Summit in Miami Beach will explain the coming surge in mergers and acquisitions expected to sweep the chauffeured transportation industry, as it grapples with new technologies and competitive forces.

LCT Magazine this week lined up three experienced industry CEOs and industry leaders for the panel: Vince Wolfington, former CEO of Carey International, the largest chauffeured transportation network in the world; Scott Solombrino, former owner of Dav El Chauffeured Transportation Network and the newly appointed CEO of BostonCoach and Dav El, now owned by Marcou Transportation Group, and a longtime NLA board director; and Ron Sorci, the CFO of Aventura Worldwide, the largest chauffeured transportation company in South Florida, and a former NLA President.

The panel will convene on Tuesday, May 20 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Eden Roc Hotel on the Miami Beach oceanfront, site of the 2014 LCT Leadership Summit that runs from May 18-20. The executive conference is a think-tank/recreational retreat that combines a mix of deep discussions of industry trends, focused business networking, and social and recreational activities in a luxury resort setting.
