Benefits Offered to Employees: “Higher hourly wages. Additionally, we were the first company in our area to offer medical insurance. Every driver is also equipped with a company cellular phone. The company pays the deposit.”

Company’s Role in Improving the Limousine Industry: “We recently joined the local association in Memphis. I was asked to represent the association in a meeting with local airport officials on proposed changes to commercial vehicle lanes. We are also going to attend the LCT Show in March and look forward to incorporating the knowledge we gain at the show into our business”

Chauffeur Management: “We thoroughly train each driver candidate after an intensive interview process. They ride with experienced chauffeurs until they are ready for solo runs. A new chauffeur’s first solo run is to the casinos because they have the support of other chauffeurs. Each driver receives a company policies manual and is subject to random drug testing. We also spot inspect our chauffeur’s attire, as well as follow-up immediately to client feedback on our drivers. All client feedback is communicated to our chauffeurs. We believe this communication improves the driver’s level of service.”

Othmani’s Objective: “We will continue to grow and add different limousines to our fleet. Our quality limousines and courteous chauffeurs make our company stand out above the rest.
