The 2014 International LCT Show was a smashing success, according to operators commenting in this video. LCT is learning that digital video is one of the most powerful marketing tools.
The annual Show in Las Vegas is the largest chauffeured transportation industry trade show worldwide. It brings together operators and vendors to check out the latest vehicles, the newest technologies, and most inspiring education sessions. This year, LCT had a special film crew at the Show to record some of the highlights.
Sprinter shuttles, limo vans, and large group transport buses, such as this one from Grech Motors
, were standouts on the Show floor.
The video features operators such as Chris Hundley of Limousine Connection in Los Angeles, and Diane Forgy of Overland Limousine in Kansas City talking about how the Show helps improve the industry overall. Instead of resorting to long, rambling interviews, the video splices operators’ comments into sound bites that are sprinkled amid quick-cutaways and pulsating scenes from the Show. What you get is a coherent narrative thread told at a rapid pace.
LCT has been investing more time and resources in its video production, which will yield more promotional and informational videos this year. Among the most interesting are ride-along videos about new chauffeured vehicles. And we’ll be making more industry memories on video this fall at LCT-NLA Show East, coming Oct. 19-21, at Caesars Atlantic City.
